• The bolster adjusts to 3 positions of firmness for head, neck or back support by means of the draw strings pulling polystyrene micro-beads closer together.
• The length is 61cm and the width (diameter) is 15cm.
• The bolster cover is a cream cotton velour/polyester/Spandex cover.  Machine washable and dryable.

• Micro-beads absorb the pressure and friction on skin reducing causes of shearing when skin is dragged in opposite directions.
